Appointments:

• All spa appointments require a credit card for booking. We accept Visa & MasterCard.
• To receive your full treatment time, plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for consultation with your therapist, time to change for your treatment(s). We have a consultation form online for you to complete prior your arrival at our spa.  By completing this before your appointment, we will have all your information ready so all you have to do is arrive ready to be indulged.
• We will hold your appointment time for up to 20 minutes past your scheduled arrival, after which time you will be charged for the full appointment.
• All spa appointments will be confirmed either by telephone or email, 24 hours in advance. Please indicate your contact preference when booking.

Cancellation:

• A 24-hour notice is required to cancel all service appointments.
• A 48-hour notice is required to cancel all spa packages.
• Services cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. 100% of the original service price will be charged to your credit card on file.
• Spa packages cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.100% of the original service price will be charged to your credit card on file.

Gift Certificates:

• Gift certificates may be purchased in person or over the telephone during business hours.
• Gift certificates may be purchased online 24 hours a day.
  
• At your request, we will mail gift certificates packaged in a beautiful gift box directly to the recipient.

Spa Etiquette:

• To ensure a relaxing experience for all of our guests, please refrain from using your mobile phone in the spa.
• For safety reasons, no children under the age of 10 are allowed in the spa, unless it is for treatment and previously arranged with spa management.
• Private lockers are available to store your belongings. However, please note that the spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles. For your security, we suggest that you leave all valuables at home.
• The spa provides robes, sandals, towels, disposable underwear, and toiletries for your comfort and convenience.
• Tips are not included and are left completely to your discretion, but they are welcome in recognition of outstanding service.
• We always advocate that you give feedback to your service provider. We want you to be comfortable so please advise us if you want the pressure or technique of your service to be adjusted.  Our philosophy is that feedback is the breakfast of champions.
